Prohibited Conduct

MYR Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 9702 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports popular local payment methods widely used in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, and approved e-wallets.
Deposits will be credited to your account once payment confirmation is received. Processing times depend on the method selected — DuitNow is typically instant, while other methods may take a few minutes. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are subject to change in accordance with current terms.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with any applicable wagering requirements for bonus credits. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same user's name. Processing times are typically within 1 to 24 business hours.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant offer. Bonus credits may not be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirements have been fully met. 9702 reserves the right to void bonuses where there is evidence of abuse.
Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings or transactions made through the platform. 9702 is not responsible for withholding or remitting taxes on behalf of users unless required by law.
Liability Limits, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limits
The 9702 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any implied or express warranties. To the extent permitted by law, 9702 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of wagered funds due to temporary technical disruptions, information display errors, or interruptions to a user's internet connection.
9702 will endeavour to keep the platform running stably and securely at all times, but cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from interruption. In the event of a technical disruption affecting active bets, the platform will apply a fair settlement procedure based on available system records.
Account Suspension and Closure
9702 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances: confirmed fraud, breach of terms of use, hacking activity or attempts to compromise the system, use of unauthorised software, or upon instruction from a relevant authority. For closures due to other reasons, reasonable notice will be given and any actual cash balance (excluding bonus credits) will be returned to the user after a review is completed.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 9702 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, icons and software — is the exclusive property of the platform operator and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute or use any such elements for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links & Services
The platform may display links or content related to third-party service providers, including game providers and payment processors. 9702 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms before engaging with their services.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties.
